Investment in a retail liquor business.
Media - Radio
Purchase of a stake in a radio consortium that secured
a full licence and is now successfully broadcasting in the Dublin area.
Participated in two other applications to the Broadcasting Commission
of Ireland.

Organised both Section 481 funding and direct investment
in a full length feature film.
Negotiated the franchise for Britain and Ireland and invested in a themed restaurant concept.
