Natural Stone Materials
SEP organised an MBO with purchase price amounting to €5 million. Turnover €8 million. 50 employees.

Hospitality Business
Establishment of 12,000 square feet hospitality business. Bar and restaurant. 13 employees.

Petroleum
Equity investment in national forecourt retailing franchise.

Residential Land Development
Development of 77 new homes. €15 million project. Development and sale of 24 serviced sites.

Property
Purchase of stakes in an office block, shopping centre units and quantity of holiday self-catering units. Development of 7 unit Enterprise Centre.

On-line Financial Services
Start up fund raising of €700,000 targeting UK market.

Rural Development
Direct development, investment and management of one of Ireland's largest and most successful rural renewal projects.

Retail Liquor Business
Investment in a retail liquor business.

Media - Radio
Purchase of a stake in a radio consortium that secured a full licence and is now successfully broadcasting in the Dublin area. Participated in two other applications to the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland.

Media - Film
Organised both Section 481 funding and direct investment in a full length feature film.

Franchise Themed Restaurant
Negotiated the franchise for Britain and Ireland and invested in a themed restaurant concept.
